COURSE DESCRIPTION & INTRODUCTION: 7 UNITS This course will propel you into a deeper walk with Jesus. By the end of this course, you will fully know what Jesus accomplished for us through the cross and His resurrection so that you can walk in the fullness of God and the freedom of the Gospel! PRAY FOR REVELATION: Before taking this course, pray and ask the Lord to give you wisdom and revelation as you grow in your knowledge of Him. We are believing with you that the Lord will illuminate His word to you. MANIFEST APPROACH COURSES: STATEMENT OF FAITH The purpose of courses designated as “Approach Courses” is to express the beliefs and way of life God has given to us at Manifest International. As such, this course is an expanded Biblical explanation of our statement of faith in Jesus Christ and Him crucified. Our Statement of Faith is: For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, "The righteous shall live by faith." (Romans 1:16-17) We believe that Jesus is sufficient for everything we need, both temporally and eternally. We set our hearts to trust Him, relying on the power of God rather than in the wisdom of man or ways of this world for all that we need. Note: The historical origin of a Church’s Statement of Faith is rooted in the Reformation of the 1500’s. In that day, so many new churches and denominations were emerging that governments required each church to publicly declare their statement of faith in order to legitimize their beliefs as Christian. This has continued under non-profit regulations. However, under the guidance of God, Manifest International was not formed as a church or as a non-profit. Instead of professing intellectual faith, we prefer to live it.
