Learn to love like Jesus by living in community. Serve God in practical ways. Share in one another's battles, sorrows, and victories. Be the family of God.
We have a Crew of dedicated volunteers who serve God through their spiritual and practical service at the HUB. Serving in areas such as administration, housekeeping, food preparation, or gardening are all significant to the HUB running smoothly for everyone's benefit. We rely on one another as we seek to establish a dwelling place for God. Together, we are one Crew. Our commander is Jesus.
Why Crew? In 1Corinthians 4:1, the word used for “minister” means “under-rower.” This refers to servants who sat below the decks of ships to pull the oars and row in time with one another at their captain’s commands. In Ephesians 4:13, the word used to describe the Body of Christ attaining “fullness” is defined “like a ship fully manned with sailors.”
