Thank you for your interest in becoming a Resident or Crew Member at our Hub! We're so glad God led you to us.
We are deeply committed to our Residents and Crew Members for the long and often challenging spiritual journey of walking with Jesus. We become family and this means that there is no back door or casual expulsions over minor disagreements. We are in this together. This said, we do not enter into this kind of commitment lightly.
Applying Residents and Crew Members enter into "Explorer" status for one year before becoming full-time Residents or being considered for any Crew leadership positions. This gives each of us time to get to know one another, learn each other’s strengths and weaknesses, discover our callings and commissions from God, and if we mutually believe that it is God's will for us to serve Him together. We want what is best, according to what God wants for you and for us. We recommend reviewing What We Expect of Residents and Crew Members before moving forward to fill out our Resident & Crew Member Application.
1. Application & Interview: After you submit your Resident & Crew Member Application, Leadership will review your Application and talk with you about how God is guiding you. You will most likely also talk to a few Crew members so you can gain understanding of how we operate, what daily life is like, and what is expected of Residents and Crew.
2. After Application Approval: Once your application is approved, you become a Resident Explorer or Crew Member Explorer. We begin to mutually track our progress together. We want to get to know you and for you get to know us so that we are all in agreement about how God is guiding us.
